"Wash was ok but the staff was not nice. A young slim girl was very rude to me when I asked for help with a machine. Those who know me know I am.warm and in my everyday life helpful The other ladies were ok but I did not feel I was welcome. I was the only black female and all other customers were Latino. I would say to management train them or get people who does not have an attitude. Amsterdam and 106th is not just Latinos its everybody."
"Amazing laundromat with very reasonable prices. Deep, the owner, is very friendly and takes a lot of pride in his business and it certainly shows. I use the Drop Off service. My clothes were ready early and folded neatly. Highly recommend; this will be my go to laundromat in the UWS"
"A loyal customer of a laundromat down the block and have officially made this place my new go-to. Their dry cleaning and by-the-pound wash and fold is the most affordable in the neighborhood. Their turnaround for wash and fold is 24-48 hours which is fantastic. The manager, Deep, is so friendly and proud of his business. He knows regular customers by name. Bonus - they’re soon to bee accepting cards and coins!"
"Ok so I usually don’t post google reviews but I have to post this one. I feel like this has been my best laundromat experience. One time I dropped off a white sweater and didn’t separate it from the other colors and Deep (the owner) reached out to me and asked me how I wanted the sweater to be washed. That has NEVER happened before at a laundromat. He is always so welcoming and my clothes are done so nicely. He recently started offering pick up and drop off as well which I’m totally planning on using, as well as dry cleaning. Sometimes I’m not able to pick my laundry up in two weeks and he always holds my laundry clean. Great service and experience!"
