"Although I always set up a specific time frame to get my laundry back, it has arrived very late so many times, even a day late one time. Unfortunately bad service doesn’t stop here, my last load was missing 3 pieces of clothes that were pricey and customer service took a week to “look for it” and then told me they couldn’t refund those missing items because it was too late… Will definitely use another laundry service from now on. Really don’t recommend if you care about your clothes."
