"Not only do they do an excellent job on your clothes at a competitive rate, they discount for payment in advance and even give $5 off after every $100 spent! ...and I travel almost 12 miles to get there, BECAUSE they are SO GOOD!! I used to go to a place in Shrub Oak (almost half the distance) until they closed. They've since reopened, and I STILL go to Secor! I love this place!!!!!"

"A friend of mine recommended this place to me when my washer broke. I haven't done my clothes at a laundromat in a long time. When I got there the girl behind the counter was very helpful reminding me how to use everything. All the machines were in good working order, the place was clean and the staff was very nice. Will definitely come back"

"I called the emergency number a few months ago and was assured by the owner that within 2 weeks the dryers would begin getting repaired. As you can see only 4 out of 16 dryers are currently operational. Only 5 were working when I called. When I get to the laundromat early enough to beat the crowds & still have to wait for a dryer, (only one other soul in there at 6 AM on a Saturday), it’s time to go elsewhere. The owner of this establishment is no different than a slumlord & clearly lies his way out of making repairs. Disgraceful & unacceptable. I hear the laundromat near Stop & Shop is a far better option. Will not be returning to the Bryant Pond Laundromat. And, will definitely tell anyone & everyone to stay away from this place. At this point I’d rather beat my clothes over a rock in a stream & hang them to dry."
