I felt I received an outstanding value. On top of that, their pickup and delivery staff were extremely knowledgeable and gave me an education about rugs and proper padding, as well as what to use to clean up minor stains in between larger service calls. It was first-rate, top notch service from beginning to end. If you want the job done right, these are the guys to hire!"

"Our building used them to clean the carpets. The job was not done properly and left stains on our carpets. Tried to get in touch with them several times and they just went ghost for almost a year. Not sure what's going on here but the customer service is bad and the results of their service were just as disappointing. Hope they can improve in the future, our experience may have been different from the rest but I would say use caution and know who you are hiring to do the job."

"I have been using A&A to clean my carpets for over 25 years. Yesterday a new "team" arrived. They called before they came, just to make sure it was Ok that they would be arriving a little earlier than expected. Joe, and his partner, Andrew, were a delight to have in my home, We were cleaning 4 bedrooms, the living room, family room, hallways and steps. They were totally thorough and professional, and Joe took the initiative to move and clean under some night tables that I didn't even ask him to do. Our steps take a lot of "wear and tear," and now look almost 100% better than they did before yesterday. Joe and Andrew didn't rush the job, and took the time to give extra attention to the areas that needed it. I recommend them without hesitation."

"A and A carpet cleaners-Mayopac- WARNING-ruined my carpet Do not believe any good reviews. I had literally 2 inches of wetness and dirt /discoloration from a recent flood at a doorway and they came within a few days. The rest of the carpet was perfect. Good quality carpet. Nylon should have cleaned easily. They ripped the carpet, they caused several pulls and and a run. And they spread the dirt 2 feet in. The owners son came, glued the torn carpet down, did nothing to repair, replace, or further clean the carpet that was now is dirtier than when they started. He told me that there was someone new working on it. He said he would. "talk to them ". Would you believe he had the audacity to tell me he wasn't going to charge me for what he had done? shady practice. I would never use them. I suggest you don't."
