"The owner who is Chinese doesn’t take complaints, becomes argumentative and belligerent. If the garment was damaged during the cleaning process, he tries to deny that the cleaning was done in his shop. In the past 6 months, my linen pants were returned to me shrunk two sizes, so are wool sweaters. Several silk blazers are messed up and beautiful buttons are broken. Some times spots are not removed and when I point it out right away they bring a chemical solution to prove that they tried but in front of me the chemical solution removes the yellow stain. All in all, if you people take good quality clothes to that cleaner, beware. Time to spend my money elsewhere."
