"Well besides on time my laundry getting stuck. Tonight, we were told they closed at 10pm. It was the way the new information that was given. She didnt tell us while we were loading the machines, she told us when we were about to put coins in, and gave a look and said oh no we close at 10pm. Mind you have gone here many time before. And they closed way later. Even here online it says 11pm. We even….Put in oxi clean on the bottom of the washers. I do not recommend this place due to their inconsistency and no professionalism and ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"Had been going for a year with only a few minor issues but recently picked up laundry and found a huge black spot on a white sweatshirt ($70) that def was not there before. So the woman who did the laundry simply folded it back up and put it in my bag without saying a word. I brought it back the next day and showed a different girl. Left it with her and have not heard anything back. That was 3 weeks ago. Lost a very consistent/loyal customer No I do not know her name and it really shouldnt be hard to figure out for you"

"First time using their service. I received my white towel back with black spots all over, one of my white t-shirts looked unwashed, and my six body wash sponges, that I just bought from Amazon, were hard as a rock, because it was placed in a dryer; anyone with laundry service experience knows that material should not be dried. All of the above items were placed in my sack without telling me about the items. My very nice plastic bag that I had my workout clothes in was not returned to me; it was not in my sack. I was not worried because I figured I would just call the owner and we would resolve the issues, but my call was never returned. So, I sent a text along with photos and for some reason it was bounced back to me. Please don't use this service if you expect more."

"Great laundromat. There pick up and drop service is convenient and very accommodating. They have great prices and the customer service is on point. Fully recommend this place."
