"Went to Dr O’Brien on recommendation from my wife Judy. After 15 minutes she looked at her watch and said “Your time is up”. I stated that I had more issues to discuss with her. She said I have to make another appointment and walked out. Any doctor that I told that story to told me that she was guilty of malpractice for leaving me an I should file a formal complaint with the AMA. I just moved on."

"Dr. O'Brien is great and gets 5 stars. My husband had a stroke and was released end of May. Called Dr. O'Briens office and he was suppose to see her within 10 days. Dr. O'Brien called me on 6/10 to find out what happened and she would go over everything when I see her. I spoke with Gail who couldn't get me in with an appointment and put me on a waiting list. Today is 6/28 still no call from Gail or any apt. He has a routine scheduled apt 7/12 with no help from Gail. Sadly if I didn't like Dr. O'Brien I would be gone Excuses for not calling me back was the number was wrong. Pathetic for a team leader who gets 1 star"

"I have been a patient there for many years. Now I am leaving the practice. Was a good in the past, but horrible service now. The front office staff are rude and incompetent. Hate northwell health. When you call its a service and you can't get anyone in the office. Showed up when I made an appointment and the office said that I didn't have an appointment. I refused to leave until I saw someone. I made a well visit a year in advance for April. They called me last week and said Dr. O'Brien needs to cancel. She won't be in the office. Decided to leave the practice. Then I filled out the forms to get my records sent to me. I actually went in the talk to the receptionist and fill out the forms. They never sent it out to the company. Horrible place. So upset because dr. O'Brien was a good doctor, but northwell took over and it has been a nightmare. The receptionists have no idea what they are doing. Find another doctor. Now I am going to catholic health service. Sad that the entire health care system is broken."

"Professional, compassionate care. I never feel rushed, no matter how crowded the waiting room is. The office also has daily walk-in availability for times when you don't have an appointment. Entire staff has same high standards set by Dr. O'Brien. Highly recommend!!"
