"Nicole Diaz was absolutely AMAZING this past weekend! After an ER trip for dehydration for my 6 month old son, we had a follow up visit scheduled for Saturday and saw Nicole for the first time. She was incredibly thorough and shared the same concerns while putting us at ease. She followed up later on in the evening and even the next morning, something that I very much appreciated (he had a stomach virus that led to pretty bad diarrhea for 4 days) - as new parents its nice to have a provider that cares for your child past the office visit! I'm so glad we found her and will absolutely be using her for all check ups moving forward!"

"I will no longer be bringing my daughter to this pediatrician because of a lack of professionalism that came from the doctor my daughter was “cared” for today. My husband needed to bring in my just turned three year-old in for a same-day appointment because of an ear infection. My daughter is always been nervous going into the doctor and usually cries and it’s usually a rough visit but never has any of the staff commented or said anything negative until today. She was seen by Dr. Morales and was a little upset because she doesn’t like being there and was acting out and screaming. When my husband asked her if this has ever happened and is it normal for kids to act like this? She replied no never in this office and my career have I had a patient behave like that. What!!! Are you joking??? You are dealing with children and some of them are more scared than others. My daughter didn’t curse or bite or attack anyone like an animal, the reason I say this is because I work in pediatrics and I’m a provider and I get some children who literally curse me out and scream and bite, saying this any parent that has apologized to me for their child’s behavior and asked if this is normal I always respond YES! They are little and scared and with time get better and better. And some are special needs so before saying that a child’s behavior was the worst they have seen you should think before you speak. My daughter has been coming here since she was born and she’s seen a few different providers including dr. Braca. My daughter is usually upset but she deals with her in a great manner and doesn’t get flustered when a child is crying. It’s a shame because I liked her a lot and I truly don’t want to go back to this office again but I’m trying to get my daughter to eventually become comfortable with going to the doctor and starting over might not be the best move but I’m very upset and strongly discouraged any parents that have nervous children to not see dr. Morales."

"Truthfully, since the pandemic, the office has gone straight downhill. Frequency of cancelled appts by them and no courtesy to reschedule soon is ridiculous. Many good, old school Pediatricians left, and the ones left don't care about parents or patients at all. You're treated like a $, not with respect or care. Wouldn't even see my 3 year old until 8 months later for a fill on vitamins. Seriously...Get your act together Northwell. All of the good Pediatricians are now overwhelmed and in short supply."

"It’s been a year since our first visit! I have been impressed and pleased with every encounter I’ve had. At the pt of registration, extremely helpful in seeing my children in time for a physicals for camp! Every sick visit has been accommodated same day! Every appointment is in and out. Open late and on weekends, which I need, as a single working mother! NP Diaz has been the one dr that has stood out to me! She took time to express compassion and nurture my sick boy and I! So thankful for this practice!"
