"super unsanitary. the employees aren’t even wearing gloves when touching the customer’s orders. no hand sanitizer at display. i don't even know how clean their hands are or if they are using hand sanitizer really. the floors and tables are dirty too. could be maintained better."
"The manager needs some serious ‘customer service skills’ training. She is beyond rude! The guy who is making sandwiches and drinks usually in the morning time is sweet and very nice but the rest of the staff. Also please get your latte machine cleaned because espresso shot in my latte tastes horrible. Rinse it every morning and change the filters. Here is a proof how bad is there coffee.The lady has so no shame, If I ask then to make it again it will still have the same issue"
