"Wow, cool! Coming to Nu Movement is a first time for me. I found Nu Movement through a Google search, but what really interested me was the wide array of classes offered. Looked like a great space, and when I arrived there, nervously clutching my newly bought yoga mat in hand (I'm a total newbie) my thoughts were confirmed! Great open space, friendly people in class and the instructor Danielle was amazing! Her instructions were concise, yet calming and overall a great boost for my well being. Come check it out! :)"
