"This school is terrible. I'm sorry, but the people who go here have no futures whatsoever. Literally nobody cares about anything, everything has to be about race, there's fighting everywhere. It's awful and to be honest I wouldn't send any kid there. The only upside was that my teachers were sympathetic towards me when I got threatened and people picked on me for my race. I could be a lot more harsh with this review but I actually liked my teachers. The students here always got up in my face when I was trying to work and it was frustrating to no end. Not many kids actually work hard here and to be honest they don't deserve all these RIT things getting thrown at them. Not to mention I always felt excluded whenever the school talked about race (which was pretty much everyday.) It always focused on racism against blacks but never any other group. It was pretty much a victim complex circle jerk. There's a lot of racism towards Asian students and white students that nobody really cared about. My black classmates would be extremely rude towards my Vietnamese teacher and say ton of racist things to him like ching chong and assume he's Chinese. It was just a toxic place in general and I'm glad to be out of there. I hope the people here actually start caring and wake up about this because the reviews on here are terribly wrong. Of course the students would say positive things about it, they can get away with almost anything there."

"Went to this school as a child! The best school ever. One of the most amazing teachers there at the time was Mr. Birthright."
