"Be aware worst place to get unloaded taking 8-10 hours to unload you and YOU HAVE TO PAY LUMPER FEE 1000$ staff is worse thank you"

"They unloaded pretty quick but to pay lumper they send a text to your phone you pay the lumper through the text then give you a receipt for 15 dollars short so if the bill was 350 you pay 350 but the receipt will be 335."

"Not bad unloading was quick there’s parking but on the street also when you get here the guard shack is all the way on the other end u park on the the then walk up check in then drive back up to receiving"

"2 hours to unload me but I was also 2 hours early. 4 hours in total. Load of protein drinks from Ohio costs $673 for Tcheck. Credit cards are almost 30%more"

"I recently had a scheduled appointment to download at RITE AID LIVERPOOL DC facility at 8am, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite being charged $720 for lumper fees, the unloading process has taken over five hours, and there aren't even many trucks waiting in line. Given the significant delay and lack of efficiency, I cannot recommend this facility to others. I will only mark one star because you cannot mark less. I hope that RITE AID LIVERPOOL DC can address these issues and improve their service for future customers."
