"Had my 1st Shingles vaccine at Clay, female pharmacist gently held my arm, inserted the needle, painless. My 2nd shot was due but Clay ran out with a 4 day wait so I went to John Glenn. The male pharmacist never touched my arm, just single handedly jabbed my arm pushed the syringe in, me yelping, "Owwww! That feels like a hornet's sting, holy cow that hurts!" Literally jabbed like a dart as if he was afraid to touch me. My entire life of vaccines my arm has been held gently and never just Jabbed. Felt like I was punched with a needle. I regret not waiting the 4 days but I had a 3 day weekend and didn't want a vaccine on a Tuesday. Never getting another vaccine at John Glenn again."
