"The dr. REPEATEDLY failed to call in refills after several requests. My daughter had gaps in taking her meds because of this. That alone causes her anxiety - not to mention what missing doses does to her. This is an irresponsible office. Would not recommend."

"I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences thus far with wny psychotherapy. I do admit when first trying to become a patient, it was slightly challenging. I started by visiting the website and checking out each individual providers bio & picked who I thought I would best be able to connect with. I initially requested care through the website, as if there's an option to not have to talk to someone on the phone, I take it. This may have made my process a little longer than needed. I will admit that it's weird that my initial calls and current appt reminders come from the northtowns location when I am a patient in the southtowns. Overall, the care that I am getting is wonderful, and I highly recommend this practice."

"I’ve been seeing Brian Rainforth for a few months or so, and he is absolutely amazing to work with. As I read some of the reviews below.. I am quite shocked. I have never had any issues with intake or anyone in the office. It’s unfortunate that others did not get the experience I have had. If you haven’t tried this place out, I highly recommend it! Like I said, I’ve had nothing but a great experience."

"Extremely grateful I found my new therapist Claire Yaple. I always felt judged because of my past who I used to be and today I don't feel bad about who I am! She has experience in many aspects of my life I feel amazing when I leave her office I wish I could spend more time with her but I see her for medication management. My my goal was met I look forward to seeing her more often and I'm happy to be a client at WNY psychotherapy. I have already referred 2 other mothers to call this place because of the wide range if services this place offers! I love the website it explains what each therapist specializes in. "Absolutely terrible. No compassion or understanding whatsoever. I won’t name her name but she has ZERO ability to help anyone with her attitude and disrespect. She should be terminated and barred from ever “trying” to help anyone. Her unprofessional demeanor and attitude are absurd and pathetic and when someone is looking for help for issues they should feel as though this place could be a outlet and not be judged or disrespected. I would NEVER recommend anyone for any reason to Kariann Hickein. On top of her being so rude I was charged $75 fee for not showing up to my first session because of a family emergency. When asked to get a pass on that, which I never signed anything agreeing to pay any king of late fee because at that point I never even met the woman, her excuse was “light bill has to be paid and I don’t give passes to people that just forget”. Such a terrible way to practice business. She should be ashamed of how she runs her practice. I canceled all my appointments after 3 sessions because of her lack of professionalism and disrespect! I’ll be contacting the attorney general as well. This should NOT happen in a place like this. EVER!"
