"Jamy Stammel is very intelligent and a great counselor. Specializes in trauma based therapy and has been heaven sent. I have court ordered ptsd from the kidnapping and extortion process that occurs in the EERIE COUNTY ANTI family courts. She's a blessing privilege and honor to work with. The glue that holds this place together. The rest of the staff is sometimes difficult to deal with. With The amount of confusion and delays that have occurred in my healing process I could see why do many negative reviews but even above all of that I still give this place a 5 star review on account of JAMY. Thank you for all you do and have done. I know I'm highly intelligent and my defensive traumatized experiences only adds to more difficulty dealing with my trauma but you truly are a blessing. Thank you"

"Been fighting with their billing department for 9+ months to get an itemized receipt. Called. Complained over a week ago. Have yet to hear back from anyone except to make another appointment. I need the itemized receipt so my insurance will pay me back for the covered costs. Was prescribed MORE APPOINTMENTS that they are unable to provide ON TOP OF EVERYTHING!!!! Counselors care, their management and rest of their company clearly doesn’t. Counselors are severely overbooked to the point I can only see someone every other month. Don’t recommend. Will be moving my business elsewhere if I can’t AT LEAST get an itemized receipt."

"Took me 4 weeks to get an appointment. 6 phone calls to get someone with enough intelligence to even get Me booked. Walked into my appointment today to be told they were behind a month. Was told to call back in a month to re schedule. This is incredible. Why didn't someone call me immediately when they knew they couldn't take me instead of letting me lose money by taking off work. Great management."

"Honestly loved my provider here. He was great for the time I went. I went from October '22 to May '23. Availability is incredibly scarce and for people working 9 to 5 jobs you'll not get the mental care you likely need. Weekly appointments are near to impossible to get. On average in my time going, appointments were 2/4 weeks spread apart and after a while I felt as though no growth occurred likely due to so many people taking up the time of the workers there. I think the people care there for their patients but cannot give them the time and the attention they need to make lasting differences. And my one attempt at getting a psychiatrist was canceled 4+ times in 2/3 month span leading me to look elsewhere. Felt it was time to post this to give people some clarity. Also, with the new billing system, it has become a nightmare of sorts to get anything accomplished and corrected."

"Very accommodating. Not sure why others have complained of cancelled appointments, perhaps specific providers have had availability/health/absence problems, but have had no problem with appointments. Caring staff. You are not going to be able to call your doctor in the middle of the night or anything like that, but doctors, nurses, and counselors have been conscientious. They do seem super busy."
