"I always go there on Wednesday because that is when I get paid. It is difficult for me to walk so I went to the drive-thru today. It was 2:30 p.m. and I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes. The poor teller keep apologizing. Apparently there were many customers inside. This is unacceptable! The Manager should be assisting. Or hire more employees! I have been banking here for 10 yrs. Never had an awful experience like this here. I hope it improves."
"Wish I could give no stars this branch is horrible. These woman are clueless & flat out lie to your face. The professionalism is appalling. Thank god for corporate/phone customer servuce who appologize for the branches misinformation & will mail you a check to close your account. Do not trust these woman!"
