"I took my 9month old baby and Dr. Rachel Cohen didn’t throughly check my son sent us home & said “you have a perfectly healthy baby”. My son was still crying in pain & I ended up in the emergency were they properly checked him & gave him proper treatment. I do not recommend these kinda places especially for babies. They just there for a check nothing more. Wayyyyyy to goooo doc!!!!"

"My baby wasn’t feeling well and I came here late around 6pm and was out by 8pm. You sign in through your phone and you can wait inside, in your car Or come back but the line went pretty quick being that there was a lot of ppl waiting. The online application that was needed was very easy to use and tells you how many people are in front of you. They also take a lot of different insurances which is great! The place is clean as well and everyone is friendly."

"Great and fast service, in at 1127p (last patient) at 1130p because registration closes early; they close at 12a. I was seen right away and was out by 1155p. Doctor knew right away what the issue was and told us what steps to take next. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful so was attending assistant. Office is very clean so are the bathrooms. Great place to go."

"The wait for walk-ins just doesn’t make sense. You keep getting bumped further back the line as time goes because of people with appointments & walk-ins share a wait line & doctors. Definitely recommend making an appointment or prepare to spend a minimum of 3 hours waiting. I thought urgent care was to be seen sooner / faster. It’s faster waiting in the ER. Had to spend all this time waiting for “ urgent “ care for my 15 month old baby. What a scam."

"Went 9:50am to be one of the first in line with my 10 month old. Was the 4th in line, the 3 patients before us were in and out within 45 minutes. I waited with my 10 month old for over 2 hours til I had to walk out as no doctor came to our room. Was told the system is down. You’re better off going to an ER to be seen than come here. Whole staff couldn’t be bothered by anything. Never returning"
