"The place has no customer service skills and pretty much told me to look elsewhere instead of listening to my issue with their practice and my beliefs. They told me they push for vaccines even when asked not to do so. They seem used to dealing with people with government insurance that have much fewer options."

"Not sure why I have dealt with this place for so long. Location convenience perhaps?? Best Doctor in every aspect, hands down, Dr. Marieta Quintero. Overall great doctor, Dr. Cracchiolo. But you hardly see them, because they schedule you with what's available, not with who you want to see. There's one amazing assistant who's always smiling and shows personal interest in her patients, shame on me for not knowing her name but she's a tall, pretty Hispanic lady, hair is always in a bun, forgive me if I'm wrong but I would guess she is Dominican. About the office, overall it's not very clean, bathroom never has soap (ironic, being that it's a pediatric office). Waiting time is more than an hour, maybe more, but never less even if you get there 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Emergency appointments are easy to make, they call you back the same day to let you know if you should come in once they get by the doctor. They only have two working lines possibly? More than usual their lines are busy and you have to call back to back to get through once you get a chance. Today i begin my search for another office though, due to a careless mistake. Twelve days ago my son tested positive for influenza. He was given medicine and recovered well. Last week my phone was blown up by the office, I called them back to find out why and I was told it was to confirm my baby's appointment. Today I get a call from Dr. Spatoliatore informing me that my son not only had the flu, but also STREP throat and wanted to prescribe antibiotics to make sure he was OK. TWELVE days later??? No voicemail stating it was to discuss test results, when I DID call back asking why my phone was being blown up (I was at work in the middle of a procedure) I was only told it was an appointment confirmation. Not only was everyone exposed at my house, but also relatives with babies including my own, as well as his classmates at school. An avoidable mistake, that is unacceptable nonetheless. I am now doing some research and looking for another provider"

"Very disorganized at this place. Appointments mean absolutely nothing here, they schedule you for a certain time but have you sitting their for hours after your appointment commit time but God forbid you're even late 15 minutes and they won't see you. Rude and nonchalant staff that do not care. I do not recommend this place at all!"
