"I went to the Walk-in at Lourdes in Vestal shortly after Guthrie took over. There were about 4 people ahead of me. When I got called in, the nurse was very cold and acted like she didn't want to be there. She was abrupt and didn't listen to me, but cut me off. Then I sat and sat and sat. Then a N.P. came in, she was going to prescribe a medication, and I sat and sat and sat. I got up to leave, and a different nurse asked me if I needed help. I told her I was going to go, that the N.P. never came back. She came back about a half hour later. I went to get my prescription, and the pharmacy said they didn't have it. The nurse had sent it to another pharmacy because she didn't pay attention to the name of the pharmacy I gave her. I've been to this Walk-in before and never had such an experience like that. I understand that there can be long wait times, but this was ridiculous. The attitude of the nurse was very poor."

"The pharmacy here has been unable to fill any prescriptions due to the massive Guthrie data breach for over two weeks. Don't go here unless you don't need your prescriptions filled, or want your personal patient information leaked on the internet."

"For a fresh building this office looks sad. Tiles on the floor have larg gaps, blood pressure scale hanging on the last screw, dated paint on walls, and totally bare wall after Guthrie took over. No pictures, no Jesus statue, any sense of religion has been stripped. Thanks Guthrie, NOT."
