"I came here for an MRI of both hands on August 25th 2020, without any knowledge that I’d be under that machine for 3 hours with a tech that obviously knew nothing about what he was doing he had to change one of the machines he had my hand in bc it wasn’t working. My mom thought something happened to me and was gonna call the administration bc it took so long, they made her miss and have to cancel her appt I was suppose to take her too. They suppose to gave me dye but I felt nothing go into the intervenes like I usually do when I get an MRI, I didn’t even feel the hot sensation idk what they did but Ik this was ludicrous. I laid under that machine for 3 hrs with DDD in the left side of my neck and back and Degeneration on the right side of my foot and I also just found out I have Dextroscoliosis and arthritis in my spin that why when it was time to get up it was hard. I Am Angry and definitely NOT SATISFIED and after all that I get results the next day, Like who gets results the next day from an MRI it was read that quick? They usually say it’s gonna take a week but my dr office called the very next day and said my MRI of my hands came back normal, just the next day now and when I look in “mychart” why don’t I see my MRI results I see everything else I got done b4 and after but not my MRI of my hands...they are hiding something...I have nodules in between both of my hands? This is not ACCEPTABLE and this is where I got my MRI of my DDD @ without dye and it showed that it worsened, they was able to see that, but not my hands? somethings wrong with that picture. I need to call my insurance company and tell them that the test wasn’t done right and they need to get reimbursed. I have Aches and pains in my hands the lumps is still there my hands are stiff it’s hard for me to open things and still can’t get an answer and my sed rate continues to be high and nobody won’t tell me why, that’s a problem!!!! I would like to speak with an administrator about this!"
