"Very positive experience at this site. Went in, waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. They needed to take 5 vials for my test. The phlebotomist was very good. From the time she inserted the needle, took all the vials and was done was about 2 minutes. All done, not even a bruise."
"Got there as soon as they opened at 7a.m. and was already the 7th person in line. Was still seen and out the door within 20 minutes. A real efficient and professional environment."
"Arrived at 7:15am 'to beat the crowd' and found the waiting room full of people just like me. Once I got to the lab room, the staff member was professional, polite, and caring. Note: masks are required, so it is a healthy, safe office."
"I can only guess the negative reviews here are from the time during covid when labs were overstretched and short staffed. We have had no issues and they have been helping my needle phobic child work through his fear with lots of patience. We spend a good amount of time in the waiting room so he can work through his anxiety so I have time to observe. Nobody is waiting long in the morning when we have been going. My own experience has always been good too and I have tricky veins to get blood."
