"We have been to Basso56 several times. The food is consistently wonderful, from the grilled shrimp with white tuscan beans to the excellently prepared pastas. The staff goes out of their way to make customers feel welcome and the owner is often out and about making sure everything is going well, which it seems it always is. Add to all of that, the atmosphere and design of Basso56 enhances the feeling that having a great dining experience matters down to every last detail."

The ambiance of the restaurant is simply stunning - from the tasteful decor to the soft lighting, everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The menu is equally impressive, with an array of dishes that showcase the creativity and talent of the chef-Paolo Catini. We had the pleasure of trying several dishes during our visit, and each one was a true masterpiece.
