"This use to be my favorite coffee bar but lately there seems to be a high turn over in staff resulting in poor service. For the most part, the staff was very courteous and professional. The server at the register was very pleasant and I felt really connected with him but I think he's hard of hearing. I had to repeat myself a few times because of the noise in the background and the barista yelling across the room. "I need this, I need that." Very loud, lots of yelling and I'm tired of the manager's excuses that they're a new hire. Just give me my damn drink already! All in all, if you're looking for a quiet place to relax, this is not the place. Lots of drama behind the counter. And if you want your employees to stay, treat them with respect Mr Manager."

"The best Starbucks in Westchester County, in my opinion. Friendly, attentive, personable staff stocked w/all-stars. Drinks are always on point. Cozy store layout for the customer who wants to stay awhile as well as the lunch breaker on-the-go. Always a pleasure. Highly recommended!"
