"Today, I witnessed one your employees, “Jennifer” be very rude and condescending to an older Hispanic CUSTOMER (not me) who just needed some assistance with self checkout. Very unprofessional to say the least! I have never been a huge fan of this IGA and today sealed it for me. IGA please invest is some sensitivity training for your employees. We have enough rude people out east."
