"Never again I was naïve being overcharged for years when I found out other places don’t charge as much. One time I got back 4000 and she charged me 499. Next time I got back 8000 and she charge me 700 the next time I got back 3000 and she charged me 500. she was making up her own prices I felt that at the time she was moving so fast on her computer I really wasn’t paying attention.I caught on one day and I ask her why do you charge so much and she said the more you make the higher it goes up. Yes rose was getting me the whole time for years. I feel like she’s taking advantage of people especially old people and black people which make up 95% of her business. now I do my own taxes and I take home all my money…."
