"Had an appointment, even confirmed it a few days prior. Went there on the day of appointment and preparer wasn't there. I was told I would wait behind 3 other people. I would have greatly appreciated it if they just called me to cancel the appointment instead of me driving all the way there just to have my time wasted. Not very professional."

"Went there last year for a very specific document and went to 3 appointment just to see someone cause I would show up to my appointment and was told the person I need to see for that specific document isn’t in the office or so. After 4 times I finally got to see this person and send my request for the document. 6 months later I learn that I was denied. I wanted to try again so I go to take appointment again, they tell me the person I saw last time isn’t here anymore so receptionist ask her manager if they can help me to get this document and he tells her yes they can and give me an appointment. The day of my appointment I show up and again they tell me they can’t help me even if the manager said they could. The guy just try to send me somewhere else without looking at my things at all cause he said he can’t help me and he have other appointments… but I was the one with an appointment at that time. This place is absolutely not professional and the manager there doesn’t know what he’s saying."
