"I never recommend you for any help, come here, the staff here are never ready to serve someone who has a barrier of English, they are racists, they hate foreigners and look down on you and make fun of you because you have a problem with English, you feel that they are tired, upset and annoyed when they see you, I hate that kind of thing The people and the institution, you will never go wrong again, if not, you will never trust Bank America here. It was my first day. I wanted to deal with the bank, but I had a very unpleasant experience."

"To all my neighbors and all Bank of America customers. The Bay Ridge 86th St branch has only 1 ATM and No Tellers on duty within hours of each day. They only have 1 teller and if she goes to lunch and breaks, no one will assist and you will have to wait sometimes over an hour. Nancy, the manager hids in the back when asked to be seen to complain about the terrible management and customer service . No wonder it continues to receive terrible reviews. Their customer service is deplorable. Switch banks! Chase is better"
