"If I could give no stars I would. Stood at the register for 10 minutes. Nobody doing anything. Then I woman pokes her head around the corner and says that if I want to order I can use the kiosk. Okay, or you could just do your job and take my order, or at the very least be considerate to your customers. You see someone waiting for minutes why not say something before hand? Or say why you can’t take my order. Don’t just tell me if I want food I need to use the kiosk to order. It’s your job to take my order. Not mine."
"Unbelievably horrendous customer service. My family just got lunch at this location. 1/28 @ 1pm When we got up to order instead of being greeted we just heard yelling through the speaker until it suddenly cut off. Finally someone came on and started to take our order but again halfway through we just hear yelling through the speaker until it cut out. We waited a second, tried saying hello?, but nothing got no response for over a minute. Eventually she came back and started giving us our total so we told her we were not quite done ordering yet. When we got to the window there was a young woman at the register and an older woman just behind her. Upon first opening the window she started to hand us the wrong drink and the older lady started yelling at her to get the right one. As they were fixing that my husband realized he forgot 1 drink and asked “Hey can we please add a large diet Mountain Dew?” I have NEVER seen the reaction we got to that question. She said no and slammed the window shut. When she opened it again to hand us our 2nd drink - which was also incorrect but we just took because we got how it was gonna go - he asked why we couldn’t add a drink and both of the women started yelling at the same time. “We don’t do that!” “It’s company policy.” “We’re trying to keep our time down!” - which is hilarious. I understand what they meant but it would’ve been quicker to just add the flipping drink. Then slammed the window again. We heard the older lady say “why would you add it to their order we are not giving it to them?!” While the younger one filled a large cup with some unrecognizable blue liquid. She didn’t charge us and when she handed it to us we said oh it was a large diet Mountain Dew and she screamed at us… THAT IS A DIET MOUNTAIN DEW!!! LOOK AT THE MACHINE ONE SIDE HAS REGULAR THE OTHER SIDE IS DIET!!! At that point our food was done. She grabbed the bag and shoved it into the drivers side. There was no way what she did could be called handing food to a customer. We are not only shocked and repulsed by this interaction but have never before had an experience like this… anywhere. The food was… edible but overall a waste of time, money and an added stressor that could’ve been so easily avoided. We will not be returning to this location and are truly embarrassed for the management that hired these women."
"Does anybody remember back in the before times when managers would run a restaurant by themselves if they didn't have employees? I get it can be tough to be a manager but that's the job It's 7:30 and the Taco Bell on Central avenue is closed. Not for a lack of customers but for some other reason. I went to Napa the other day at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday and there was a sign in the door that said closed no employees. If there's no employees you might as well just shut the store down for good."
"Taco Bell is as it always is. I love the 5 layer beefy burrito and have used that as my go to on the road. Tasty, easy to eat with one hand and not messy. A tried and true standard."
"Taco Bell isn't top notch food, but it's quick and reliable. It should be anyway. After too many trips to the one near us on Balltown we just stopped going to Taco Bell. A while back we were in the mood and tried the one down on Central on Albany and the food was cooked propperly, the beans weren't dried husks, and enduring was full of food. Plenty of lettuce, tomato, cheese... and Taco Bells version of meat. This is the only one we go to now. Side note: I called to talk to the manager to tell them to keep doing what they are doing but apparently whoever answered the phone was scared when I asked for the manager. They told me to hold and then hung up and took the phone off the hook."
