"I've purchased two sets of kitchen cabinets from Hao. Hao is extremely knowledgeable relating to the product that he sells. The starmark cabinets are made out of solid wood and are very durable. "Experience was fine up to when delivery was made. Island cabinets that he upcharged came with a bad stain in which he gave me a hard time replacing, all he had to do was ask starmark to replace them. Blamed my wife for incorrect measurements in which they never discussed. Had paint and spray on the bottom of my unfinished upper cabinets which was never mentioned to me it will be unfinished. Spending a fortune on cabinets these mistakes should not be made and now I have to spend more money to make it somewhat presentable. There were words exchanged, and ended up blocking me, in which I had to try to get in contact with his rep to get the status of my island."

When the cabinets were delivered from Starmark, there were a couple of small defects and a missing piece and Hao made sure the replacement parts were ordered immediately and he sent someone from his team to make some track adjustments that were needed on one drawer.
