Other places forced this model, this design, these accessories. We felt no pressure at Consumers, so it was a pleasure. So helpful, actually everyone was. Can't recommend more."

"My wife and I visited the East Meadow store three times. The first time we sat with a designer to design a custom bathroom vanity and tower cabinet. The designer did a good job creating a schematic for us. We asked for color chips to take home to help us make a decision . He told us that chips were not available and that he would order them and update us in a day or so. I didn’t hear back from him so I called him. Apparently it was his day off so I left a message. I didn’t receive a call back so I called again. When I told him I was ready to place the order and just needed the color samples, he somehow managed to find some in the store. I picked them up and took them home. We decided on a color and returned to the store to place an order. We returned on a Saturday, he was with a customer designing a kitchen. He told me he would be available in about a half an hour. We returned in about 30 minutes and he was still working with the same customer. I completely understood and he told us he would call us later in the day. He didn’t call later in the day or the next day, or today. This is a done deal, I will give him until the COB on Tuesday, if he doesn’t respond I will go to another one of their stores and give the layup sale to a different salesman. I have a kitchen design waiting in the wings as well Update to my review. The salesman called me early this morning and apologized for the delay. We met later in the day, he was very helpful, we made a few changes and finalized the order. My review is for service up to this point, I am hopeful that the custom vanity will also be worthy of a 5 star review"
