"I visited this office to schedule an appointment but was pleasantly surprised to be seen by the dermatologist on the same day. Although I’d been to this office several years ago, I stopped going due to the horrendous wait times. However, the dermatologist's knowledge brought me back. During my appointment, the dermatologist prescribed medication and assumed my insurance was Medicaid, despite my clarification that I have commercial/private insurance. This left me feeling disappointed to say the least. There's nothing wrong with Medicaid, which helps many people access healthcare services, especially those who are trying to improve their circumstances. However, assumptions should not be made. What's more, the dermatologist asked me again about having Medicaid even after I clarified my insurance situation. Deep sigh…. On top of this, one of the front desk representatives was extremely rude, giving the impression that she didn't want to be at work.The staff at this location needs training in cultural competency (perception vs reality of their patients), humility, and customer service."

"Made appointment yesterday, I haven't heard from anyone so once we get there their telling us they suppose call you, honestly they need a new system because letting someone schedule an appointment then telling people at the last minute it's not, then on top of it all they then has the wrong name on cancellation."
