Other places ignore me when I tell them I have troublesome veins and try to point out the spot to best use."

"I had a lovely experience here. I was seen immediately, by Julissa R., and the blood drawing experience was extremely effecient. I had just had a terrible experience having my blood drawn a week before at Labcorp on the Grand Concourse, so I was intimidated. She did an amazing job reassuring me. I often have trouble with people struggling to find my veins and get enough blood out of them, but Julissa found them immediately. She only needed to poke me once to get all the blood she needed out, even though I needed a lot of tests. She checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was ok, and made sure I wasn't in too much pain. She's very kind, considerate, personable, and a good listener. I deeply appreciated this experience especially after having a such a bad experience so shortly before!"

"When this Quest opened up I was excited. I usually travel downtown to get to a Quest location. It was easy to make an appointment. The morning of my appointment, I received a text message that allowed me to check in before entering which I loved especially since COVID. I sat down for less than a minute before I was called in for my appointment. The representative was very polite and professional. The center is clean and allows social distancing up to 3 people. My only con is the hours. The regular hours are 8:00 am-4:00 pm, currently switched to 8:00 pm -2:00pm. It would be helpful post COVID if the center has longer hours or at least opened one day of the weekend. The hours are difficult for working people. I would return as the center was clean and representative polite."
