"This is an all inclusive bike repair shop that is friendly to all genders, ages, and ethnicities. Knowing that I don't want to splurge money on another bike, Sandra recommended affordable and simple repairs that made it feel brand new. Also, the new location is on 2/F of the Annex Building at Brooklyn Army Terminal. Do not trust Google's outdated photo (showing the bike shop next to a bagel shop)."

She was super friendly and thorough- she was honest about what the bike needed and didn't try to tack on any unnecessary expenses, she sent a friendly text message reminder when the bike was ready, and she's fast! If that weren't enough, she has also founded an incredible nonprofit that builds custom bikes for children with disabilities. What an awesome shop!!!"

"This is a great bike repair shop, my go-to place. I just got my 10+ year old Dahon tuned up after years of commuting between Bklyn and Manhattan so it has seen a lot of rough roads. For every recommendation for replacement parts I was asked for approval and all seemed reasonable given I've replaced very little after so many years. The bike feels almost like new, they did a great job for reasonable price."
