"OMG I experienced the same issues as Buyer Beware. You get an email to confirm your appointment, then no zoom meeting is scheduled afterwards which happened 3x. Patty, the receptionist or scheduler lied & said she sent out the zoom meets & the NP never reached out when of course not hearing from me. This place should not give so much power to a rude receptionist & the place is not run well. Speaking of running...that's exactly what you should do. Find a place that is welcoming & has people who care! Zero stars is more like it. What a waste of time!"

"I wish I could leave zero stars. This office is still doing only tele health appointments, no in person appointments. Lunacy. With the health crisis in this country I truly feel bad for people that desperately need mental health services. I had to wait 2 months for a tele health appointment. I was told that the day before the appointment I would receive an email link to conduct the appointment via video conference. I got the text message to confirm the appointment two days prior. I texted ‘1’ to confirm. The day of the appointment arrives. Crickets. No phone call, email, text. Nothing. I try to call the office. No one available. As usual. Have to leave a message. How is this operation successfully treating anyone with mental watch problems? It isn’t. The entire industry is nothing but legal pill pushing. Their office isn’t even open on Fridays. Laughable. Absolutely laughable."

"What a HORRIBLE office. I am a cancer patient who needs an antidepressant. My oncologist said I cannot take the drug that this office prescribed to me, as it will counteract my cancer treatment drugs and leave the cancer treatment useless. I left a message on a Thursday at 1:00 pm requesting that the antidepressant advised by my oncologist be called into my pharmacy. This office KNEW they would be closed Friday, Saturday AND Sunday, yet didn't have the courtesy to call in a new script for me OR EVEN return my phone call, which left me on my own to remove an antidepressant from my system "cold turkey" for DAYS WITHOUT the guidance of MY PHYSICIAN. I have NEVER in my LIFE been treated SO POORLY by a doctor's office. Their voicemail even states "do not leave a second message"..... Well, after being ignored for 36 hours, I did. This complaint doesn't EVEN begin to scratch the surface of how bad the front office treats patients when the patients DARE walk through the door. Patients are ignored though a tinted window. The staff stares at you while they do NOTHING. The staff even has the nerve to have a sign posted on the window telling you not to knock. Disgusting behavior, as the staff "thinks" that you can't see what they are up to. Never again will I step foot in this office. Absolutely horrid! You all should be ashamed of yourselves at Northern Psychiatric! You hold people's LIVES in your hands and behave this way? I am a cancer patient. What about the patients that are suicidal and CAN'T GO 4-5 DAYS WITHOUT MEDS? You should be put out of business!"
