"I made an appointment to see a doctor and they took me in after 2 hour, and only because I called a doctor that I know that work for the same urgent care. Months after I get a bill for $1,000 for a Covid test they did during my visit. I will not recommend visiting this urgent care unless you want to waste your time and money!"

"They do not stick to appointments. If you go online and select a time to be seen, expect to wait when you get there as though you did not. I don’t necessarily think they do a bad job when it comes to care, but they are not very good when it comes to efficiency and time management. Please do not offer scheduled times online only to tell somebody when they come in that you “don’t do appointments.” Also, the masking is a bit much, when it has been proven to have zero efficacy. Aside from those things, the care is pretty good, and the staff is polite. Nothing against them, they don’t make the rules, or the online platform that would lead one to believe that they have a set appointment when in reality they do not."

"No rapid tests available! They say it can take 2-5 days for results! What about when your job needs proof you don't have covid? We don't all have sick pay! Or you need to know how to treat your illness? Guess it wasn't profitable for them to have their testing site? They'll tell you they don't work, yet other urgent cares use them and doctors even say home test. Try to call them to ask the doctor you saw a question, or ask anything and you can't get through at all, just a recording."

"The staff there was very nice and helpful but that was only good thing there. I made an appointment online when I get there I was told they don't actually do appointments. Ended waiting over two hours to be seen. The doctor was helpful but never sent over my antibiotics. I called several times and was waiting 45 minutes plus. One of the calls I was met with someone with attitude that just hung up after putting me on hold for 15 minutes. The second time I actually talked to someone they were nice and helpful but the antibiotic still weren't sent over. Definitely need work being more organized and handling phone calls better"

"I've had good experiences here in the past, but this last time was just awful. Made an appointment on the website for Saturday at 10:45 am (the website specifically says "Schedule an Appointment"). Upon arrival, I was asked to fill out 4 different paper forms, even though I've been there in the past and I had just confirmed much of the same info online an hour earlier. I mentioned this to the receptionist (she was rude) and was told that I still had to fill out the paperwork anyway. The waiting room was packed, but luckily I had an appointment, so I would be seen before all these walk-ins, right? Nope. Myself and several other patients who "scheduled an appointment" online were told that we don't have appointments. It's just a "pre check-in" they said, and they don't even hold your place in line. You're not actually checked in until you've filled out the paperwork and they've entered it into their system. Only then are you checked in, and the appointment you made doesn't matter at all, you'll still be seen in the same first-come first-served order as everyone else who walked in without an appointment. Lots of frustrated people in the waiting room who found out that their appointment would not be honored. At 12:15, a full hour and a half AFTER my appointment time, I finally made it into a patient room where I waited another 30 minutes before seeing the doctor. Was told I would have lab results from my visit in two days (on Monday) and I should check the patient portal to find them. Monday comes and goes with no results in the portal and no contact. On Tuesday I called and the phone system provided an option for lab results. Great... but no answer. Left a message providing all of the relevant info... no call back. By Thursday, still no results in the portal and no call back, so I called again. Again, no answer for the lab option in the phone system. Hung up and called the again and tried the main office in the phone system this time. Receptionist answered after a very long time, told her what what going on, she said let me see if I can find that... puts me on hold. I waited on hold for 29 minutes! At that point the phone system must have a time-out because eventually I was booted back out to the start of the main phone system options. That's it, I'm done. Still no results. Not calling back, and not planning on coming back either. Overall just an abysmal experience all around. Sad as this used to be a great option for efficient urgent care. Not anymore."
