"Regarding Kirk and Ruby Beck Apt. 132 They have been residents for 3.5yrs. The carpeting has been stretched 3x being disrupted every year and moving furniture for seniors is no easy task. They understand rent gets increased yearly. Some residents go up same as theirs and others less, yet some have electric included whose increase is less than theirs. All tenants should have electric included. The plowing company is terrible. They leave piles behind cars and don't clean the handicapped parking spots. They didn't think they needed to bring shovels with them when they moved in. To get shopping carts around the piles of snow takes at least 2 people to lift them. The majority living there have health issues and should not have to perform such tasks, some cannot. You charge enough to these tenants, you should provide better services to my parents and other tenants."

"Apartments are comfortable and safe although not constructed with high quality materials . The biggest issue I have is the constant upheaval in the office and maintenance staff . I have been here about 15 months and there has been at least 6 or 7 office managers and several maintenance people . We finally several months ago got a great combination of Madelyn and Mat and the place was running smoothly , there was great communication and friendly atmosphere and I heard this morning both are being moved to other facilities . This is very disappointing to hear and this constant upheaval is one of the reasons I chose not to renew my lease and am actively looking for another place to live . Madelyn has been the best office manager we had and moving her is doing a great disservice to the residents she took care of so well"
