"I have been a tenant of the Green Organization for a little over a year now. They have been nothing but great ever since we moved in. The application process was quick and easy and Kylie was always very responsive with any questions or concerns we’ve had. The unit we moved in to was beautiful and cleaned thoroughly before we moved in. Since living here, any requests we’ve had were handled quickly and there has never been an issue with communication! I highly recommend renting with them!"

"I have been living in a TGO unit for a little over year after deciding to renew for another year due to the great living experience here. The apartment is nicely renovated, quiet, and very well-kept. Rent payments and maintenance requests are all made through an online website/portal which is very convenient and user friendly. The staff are friendly & responsive and the couple minor maintenance requests I've had were taken care of promptly. The application process (even during a pandemic) was very quick and relatively simple. I would certainly recommend living in one of their units to anyone I know!"

"I have been a tenant of The Green Organization for about 2 years now! My apartment is absolutely beautiful, and in a great neighborhood as well! Everything you’d need is close by. I love the fact that laundry is in-unit and that they allow pets, as both those things were a huge deal for me when I was apartment hunting. My unit has been a perfect fit for me! The Green Organization was especially helpful during Covid-19. I am self-employed and was unable to work for many months. After speaking with Kylie, she was very understanding and set up a plan to help me out with rent in the meantime, which really eased my worries during the craziness of the whole pandemic. My upstairs neighbors are super friendly and always very respectful! I will be sad when I leave this apartment, as I have really enjoyed my time living here!"

"I have been a tenant of The Green Organization for over 3 years. Not only do they have quality units, and extremely friendly staff, they are pet friendly with no restrictions, which is very difficult to find in the Buffalo area. When I initially found an apartment advertised for rent, it was in the process of being renovated. It was getting close to the wire for me to move out of my previous apartment, so TGO worked quickly to ensure the renovations were completed in time for my move in date. During my second year lease, my roommate unexpectedly and promptly, moved out. TGO was understanding and empathetic to my situation. They worked with me while getting back on track during this time and during COVID difficulties. I was never treated with disrespect or made to feel like a nuisance. After my 3rd year, I was looking to get into a bigger apartment. I wanted to stay with TGO. They worked with me to find an apartment in the area I preferred within my budget that was what I was looking for. TGO gave me ample time to move into the new unit and clear out of the old. Throughout the years, whenever I needed to reach out for maintenance, complaints or questions, not only were my emails or texts acknowledged, everything was addressed in a timely manner. I have also appreciated the diversity of tenants that have resided in my old building and the current. I have never felt that there was any discrimination among any residents. I would and have highly recommended TGO to anyone looking for a quality building management organization."

"I moved into a basement unit fully renovated unit that was gorgeous. I upgraded to another fully renovated unit with two bedrooms and absolutely love living here! Kylie is amazing and so responsive and ready to assist with everything! Even during covid The Green Organization was there for all my needs and kept me informed. Highly recommend working with Matt and Kylie for any rental properties."
