Congregation Zvi Jacob
β OpenWelcome to Congregation Zvi Jacob, an Orthodox Jewish Synagogue located at 110 Memorial Parkway, Utica, New York. With a rich history dating back to 1869, we proudly serve the Jewish community in Utica and the Mohawk Valley region of Upstate New York. Our synagogue is the result of the merging of several historic congregations, including the House of Jacob and Tifereth Zvi, making us the only remaining Orthodox Jewish synagogue in Utica. Our congregation is a vibrant and diverse mix of Ashkenazi, Bukharian, Russian, and Spanish-Portuguese Jewish families. Over the past five years, we've welcomed many young families, invigorating our community with new energy and spirit. We are committed to providing a welcoming home for those seeking to observe the mitzvot on Shabbos and Yom Tovs in the Orthodox tradition.
