Our instructors, Sarah and Nadia, are passionate and skilled in their craft, offering classes in Vinyasa style yoga. Sarah discovered her love for yoga in Colorado and trained under Nadia for 10 years before becoming a teacher herself. Nadia, originally from Venezuela, started teaching dance at a young age and transitioned into teaching yoga after moving to NY.
