"love the doctor and the practice but the front desk needs to work on professionalism. I should not be on hold for 30min straight. In addition my paperwork is never done or sent when I am told it would be. Other than that I love the way the nurses/ma treats patients and his doctor is amazing with him. He has been going here since birth and is now 4 yrs old. My son is now 7 and I give up on this place. I have put in numerous complaints on the staff. They are horrible. It is their job when they refer you somewhere to find the location yet they refuse and tell the patient to find a lab or MD themselves.They always miss my sons veins, they keep ppl on hold for 30min or more and they are extremely rude. It pains me to see such good MDs be brought down by the front desk and staff but that’s the case here.I really don’t want to change my sons doctor but they are giving me no choice. This is the most ghetto unhelpful bunch I have ever encountered and I worked as a front desk receptionist for 7 yrs before moving up. I know go things should be done and no one here is taking responsibility or respect toward patient care. They will continue to get worse because no one cares. If this was an establishment in Manhattan, this would not be an issue."

"Very unprofessional staff. The office manager Johany wow I canceled all future appointments. They changed my sons doctor to a male and when I asked why and I’d like a female Johany says”Well nothing happened to him” I asked for the director number and she put me on hold indefinitely I called again she didn’t answer and put me on hold again then I called from my sons phone and she was surprised. Never returning there and condoms on display for 10 year olds"

"I have been going to this office for 8 years and decided to switch. First they never have paperwork done when they say they will. They make you wait forever and the staff is rude. I've had to call to request paperwork since my child has delayed vaccinations and it's always a big issu . and when they don't want to deal with you they place you on hold forever and never get back on the phone. It's a way of hanging up on you without actually hanging up on yo . The whole staff needs to go."

"Spent 2 hrs in the waiting room when my 7 month old has fallen. Update. Wish i can take away the 1 star to 0 because this place has gotten worse if that's possible been coming here for 2 years now but i have decided to switch to a different facility. Dr Pina isn't here anymore and the place has turned into jungle. Brought in my 2 month old for his shots .we had a 10 30 am appointment and we got there,signed in and sat down.40 minutes later, one nurse told me the doctor can't see us because we came in late(10 50). I was in disbelief because I know we were there on time. I asked them to review their security camera to verify what time we got there and i was told there is no security camera. So after weathering through a winter storm with a 2 month old baby, we were turned away based on a lie. I got a new paediatrician and i have also filed a complaint with the state .they can't treat people like that. Please if you don't have the heart to deal with a whole lot of nonsense, then find a different facility."
