"Sick as a dog, I crawled in for a covid test. Luckily it was not. But the staff made the whole experience pleasant and easy. The gentleman who answered the phone was polite and referred me to a website, explained how everything worked, and how the rest goes. Upon arrival they have you call and check in, then a nurse comes out to your car and does the test. I was stressed about it seeing pictures of giant swabs that go down into your throat but this test barely went down the nostril at all. The nurse was calm and didn't mind explaining things as she went along. Overall a great experience. I pass them all the time and I will make a habit to visit when I'm better."
