She earned her medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011. Her extensive training continued with an internal medicine residency at NYU-Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, NY, and she was subsequently selected for a cardiovascular disease fellowship at the same institution, serving as the chief cardiology fellow.
