"Dr Sanchez is wonderful. She recommended a switch from a long time inhaler to a new and way better one. My child has not had one issue since using this new inhaler. This is the season for him to get a long standing cough that doesn't go away unless treated with antibiotics. To avoid the inhaler helped. Until it didn't.. The other one, Flovent was not cutting no longer....She switched him to symbicort. And Very thing has been just fine. I'm so grateful. Thank you Dr Sanchez"
"What a joke. Scheduling problems, billing problems, a completely careless doctor who sat at his computer with his back to me and talked over me through the whole appointment, and a 0% masking rate among employees WHO INTERACT WITH IMMUNOCOMPROMISED PEOPLE EVERY DAY. Didn't even look at any of the medical history paperwork they made me fill out. I won't be back. UPDATE: Was supposed to have a telehealth followup with Dr Chen today and never received a link or a phone call. How does this place have 200 admins but can't complete an appointment? Unbelievable."
"DO NOT COME HERE! The doctors are all nasty, they have horrible attitudes. The nurse, Leslie Gacioch, should be fired immediately for how she treats people. Find a better place to go! Anywhere is better than here!"
"I have an infant struggling with allergies so bad he's getting weeping eczema all over his face arms and legs. I'm thankful the doctor got us on a different formula with a steroid cream, but they're still not trying to figure out what's causing the allergy. One nurse was scared to test him bc she's never tested a 5 month old. I need to know what is hurting my babies body!"
"I've been bringing my son here for about a year now. The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the location is terrible. They need a larger office to accommodate more patients. They are open "late" until 4:30 2x a week. On these days, there is often a 30+ minute wait before being seen by the nurses. There are approximately 25 chairs available in the waiting room for 50 patients and family members. Everyone is forced to sit in the hall, on the ground."
