Someone called me I decided I would go somewhere else for myself but needed a appointment still for my child she asked so you don't want one for you I said no went to say just my daughter but she hung up the phone on me worst customer service I've seen. I attempted to call back Bo answer multiple times. Left a message with my name a ND phone number Asking to speak to a manager"

"Horrible . They love pointing the finger at you . Can’t get it together for the life in them. I went here believing that therapy can help someone , when in reality all they want is your insurance , I’ll never try therapy again, thanks Charles Evans . You have demonstrated to me that a therapist can also be a sociopath, because of their lack of empathy towards the clients. I’ve never felt better knowing I am no longer going to have to deal with fumbling schedules and silly medicine required antics . And also a robotic and a wrongfully scolding therapist with no empathy whatsoever. Rosetta , the prescriber , left me with no medication for over 4 months and when I tried to make an appointment they kept canceling them on me even though I told them it was very uregent I filled my medication. And Jennie the therapist whome I believed was good and to be trusted came back to me with the cold response “it is your responsibility to make your own appointments with the prescriber” meanwhile I already told her everything I just stated was true , but still scolding and robotic responses were all I got from the therapist covering up for the prescriber . Just don’t go they will only let you down ."

She brings great respect, knowledge and professionalism back into the field of nursing. The building is very clean and orderly with excellent access to parking and handicapped parking as well."

"They are a poor facility that doesn't care about the health and quality of life for there parents. My gos there and wants to leave they a dr there who deliberately holds off give his rx filled to pharmacy for weeks even the pharmacy said this is cruel behavior I will be reporting the facility to the state of ny and medicare... They are not professional and the head of facility they never give him messages that you called and want to talk to him directly his name I'd dr polansky..there's more I can say but not enough room.put please don't use this facility..."
