"I just had an awful experience with this company. I came in last night to have an urgent chest X-ray done in order to rule out pneumonia. I work in special education with children and wanted to make sure I wasn’t passing it to the students. The X-ray tech was very nice and assured me she would mark my results as urgent so they could be read immediately. Both my mother and I tried getting in touch with them all day the following day so they could send the results to my doctor to be read. When I was finally called back in the late afternoon the women I spoke with hung up on me after I expressed my frustration because “she did not want to deal with me.” I decided to speak to her supervisor in person and when I arrived at the office she refused to give me her name and shouted across the office “there’s a girl here to complain about me because I hung up on her.” I do not know her name but she was a young small framed African American woman. The supervisor Nancy was very nice and apologetic but also would not give me the employees name. The customer service is terrible and it will be impossible to get your results in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - it’s not worth it. To the administration, please try to screen your potential candidates better upon hiring, the people that come for services are sick and deserve better treatment than what is provided at the front desk."

"I had a really great experience getting an x-ray here today. I called and was able to make a same-day appointment and was seen very quickly. The procedure was quick and the tech and the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"The wait time for a call to be answered is much too long. This is very unacceptable for an organization as large as this. Once you speak with an assistant they are very helpful and friendly with scheduling an appointment to come in. Once there, the techs are both considerate and informed."

"I circled a tiny parking lot with weird angles and an ambulance strategically placed so I could not read the sign on the building. I can walk only very short distances so I really wanted to park in this lot and not across the street at Stop & Shop. I went round and round skirting pedestrians and making 10 point turns in my extremely long car (needed to stash my mobility device and often work kept in a rolling suitcase). I finally parked up on a hill in front of what I thought was a small hospital. Pulled out the mobility device, stumbled down the hill and then was told I had the wrong building. I then stumbled back up the hill looking for the front of the building only to find steep stairs going down and the ramp was way back in the direction of my car. Came in and was unable to open the door because you need to be buzzed in. The only lady at the counter clearly wished I didn't exist and worked very hard to completely ignore me. Even before this cruelty I was on the verge of tears and now it's effort to not let a single test drop. Edit: Radiology tech was very nice, patient, helpful, and appeared caring. I understand how difficult it is to work with people as a job, to provide customer service and assistance. But people should at least give the appearance that the customer or patient or client is not a major offense to you. Just pretend that saying hello or taking an order or confirming an appointment will not physically pain you."

"After the most frustrating morning ever because of a mistake the doctors office made, some of the wonderful staff at this place went above and beyond to help alleviate stress. I want to publicly shout out Toni- Ann and Diane for making me feel relaxed and reassuring me that they would get the situation handled. They did ! Also, Brian (who performed my Catscan) made me so relaxed and talked me through the whole process. Thank you again and I highly recommend this location"
