"I had slight issues with my nail tech, Kenny. He wasn't giving me what I asked for and kept making my nail crooked. After I had asked 4 or 5 different times to just make my nail straight, he finally did. I'm not so sure as to why that was so hard to do. Before he got it correct, he huffed out of frustration at me, to which I told him I didn't want him doing my nails if he was going to act irritated with me over my request. He said he just wanted me to like my nails, but his actions said otherwise. He had to leave to smoke a cigarette, making me sit there for 10 minutes to dry the nail he fixed, and when he came back, he wasn't at all interested in doing them. You could tell by the quality, and you could tell he wanted to be done. I didn't get at all what I asked for. I'm not sure if it was beyond his skill level or what, but I didn't leave with a good experience as a first timer or feeling satisfied. I will post pics of what I asked for vs. what he did. I wouldn't really recommend going there if you're looking to get your nails done. Maybe a pedicure, but I've never had one there to know if the experience is different."

"Everytime I come here the prices are very reasonable, everyone is very nice and I can often get an apt the same day I call. As far as my nails go, I have had times that I was blown away on all the detail on my nails and they looked wonderful and there's other times that the acrylic nails themselves could have been shaped a bit better or detail the little better. But I am pleased with the nails more than I am not. So I will definitely keep coming back!"

"I am a longtime customer and so disappointed that the service levels have deteriorated. My daughter and I had an appointment for folks and I was just getting a pedicure. I was brought to a pedicure chair where I sat in Luke warm water for 40 minutes. My daughter was finished w her fill and had to wait for an overly extended, mediocre pedicure. When she was done, they wanted me to wait for Kenny who was just filing down a women, it would have been another 20-30 minutes. I politely asked the woman who is doing my pedicure. If there was someone else that I could not wait any longer since I waited so long before starting my pedicure. She brought me over to a station and then began to file off gel polish when I had colored acrylic. It was obvious she was just placating me when Kenny came over to begin my nails I explained politely that I was running out of time. He rushed and I had the worse nails. When going to pay, he said $135. I asked him for the breakdown because the last time we went, I paid for a full set a fill a regular pedicure and a spa pedicure and it was 140. This time it was two fills and one pedicure and 135. I am so disappointed and will not return."

"There were 3 people, The guy (older) was gentle especially with my thumb brace and he did not put the acrylic on too thick and wasn't rough. However, I held my hand really steady and let him move it as he needed to, to see but the whole right hand is angled to the far left. He also didn't understand when I said I wanted the darker color sponged on like an ombre. I'm newer to getting nails done so I'm not very pushy to be assertive about what I want. When I tried to explain he seemed to get a bit irritated (Not mean but maybe because he didn't understand) I'm shy and not used to the process so I'm not sure how they would have fixed them if I asked. I would say to double check your nail shape before you leave ( I didn't because I couldn't tell right away. My glasses need an updated prescription. I left after paying with a polite tip but I didn't feel super confident after the session. I'd say maybe the girls are better than the work so if you try them out ask for them."

"I got my nails done for Valentine’s Day, and they turned out beautiful! I have never had such a great end result! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend :)"
