"I went 3 weeks ago with my grandmother and got a full set done. They cracked my nail all the way through! I have NEVER had this happen before! Not to mention they were VERY unprofessional and rude to all the customers there at the time! I will NEVER go back there again and DO NOT recommend anybody else go either unless you want a cracked nail and potential infection in your nails! They also has acrylic stuck to my grandmothers fingers! They are torn apart now! And our nail fell off in 2 1/2 weeks! WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY!"
"This place is awful. The woman was so rough taking off my gel polish that she grinded away part of my nail! It was so painful that I paid her for what she had already done and left before getting new polish on. She didn’t even apologize; just said “oh” They don’t care about doing a good job, just about how quickly they can take your money and send you on your way."
"They erw very nice but they didn't let the nail polish dry between coats and ruined my nails by scratching them up for regular polish. The polish lasted less than 12 hrs before it chipped off. Don't waste your money. Never had a manicure chip off like this ever."
"My first time here and it was great! I came to get my nails done for my wedding and they did exactly what I wanted. I showed them my reference picture and it was exactly that! For sure will come here more often with the new nails feeling fresh look! Looks good and feels good!"
