"Incredibly rude, bad communication. One simple question could not be answered clearly. Hate leaving bad reviews, but I would avoid this place based on their attitude alone. Sounds like they don’t want more business."
"Avoid them at all cost. Fed up with untimely delivery, absorbent costs, and inability to be open on time at 7:30 AM to drop off clothing for services. This has happened on multiple occasions. In addition, they charge $17.50 per dress for dry cleaning, work dresses!!! Trust the negative reviews."
"Good job cleaning but do not use for tailoring. Paid $100 for pants to be fixed and seams tore before first wear. I asked the team to fix and was told I would have to pay again as it was fixed when it left the store. It “must have been my fault”, maybe you are too fat for these pants”"
"Good experiences historically but lately it’s been bad. One employee claims they offer steam cleaning services in addition to dry cleaning while another had no clue what it was when I asked the following week. Just today they pressed my 3 Roll 2 configuration suit jacket into a three button. The lapels are misshapen now and I don’t even know how to fix this. I would avoid this place."
"I generally stay away from them for lack of customer service, but against my better judgement, I decided to use them for an alteration job, and as I was explaining to the tailor and staff person about the clothing, another customer waltzes in and demanded the fitting room for a new suit to be tailored. Putting our conversation on hold, they help the other man into the fitting room and take care of him. When I asked what needed to be done for my pants, they told me to wait because there is a customer they are taking care of first. Okay. Right. Never again."
