"I called for a last minute wash ans blowout. The owner was so nice and accommodating to my timing. I was in and out. The shampoo was amazing and the same stylist did a great job with the straightening. The owner went over quickly and showed her some tips. Best blowout I've gotten and will be going back weekly. Great atmosphere professional staff and so nice."

"They were annoyed with me for using a Groupon because they only get 50% of the profit. They asked numerous times for me to cancel the Groupon and simply pay them the entire fee, but I could not cancel through Groupon. They were very difficult to get ahold of. I called numerous times over the course of three days and left messages, but never heard back. They also charged me extra for having "long hair", but my hair is barely past my shoulders and the lady doing my hair didn't even use all of the product in the bowl, so I feel I was unjustly charged the extra $30. The whole process also took 45 minutes (typically keratin takes at least 1 1/2 hours or more) and she straightened it in large chunks rather than small layers. I am not at all confident the keratin will last or was done correctly. There are still white bits in my hair where she completely missed the product! Would not recommend."
