I asked for a trim. 7 INCHES later, and without asking if she was cutting the right length until she cut it, I walked out with shoulder length hair. This was an awful experience, don’t go to this salon unless you don’t mind the stylists ABSOLUTELY not listening to what kind of cut you want."
